Horrible workmanship we had our tile redone under warranty and it was worst then it was before right now I feel like we are getting the runaround. Do your self a favor guy and find a better company

Might as well add my bad experience to the collection.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They were contracted by our builder, Starlight Homes, to repair failing laminate flooring. What was originally supposed to be a one day job is still not finished a month and a half later. Our carpets are all disconnected from the transitions and the work that has been done is really really low quality. Project manager Stacy is MIA. Every single installer that has shown up has had completely wrong information about the job, wrong materials, wrong instructions, showed up before their part and had to be rescheduled, etc. Not one single part of this has gone well and once it's finished, our house will look worse than it did before.

Had an appointment scheduled for them to warranty work. They cancelled the appointment. They wouldnt have to do warranty work if they just installed the tile correctly the first time. Stay away

We have had 3 different porcelain tile floors installed in our same home in a matter of a year by interior logic. Each install there has been an issue and our home isnt even a year old. All we have received thus far is excuses. Its the tile itself, its our mop, its our dogs etc. the first floor was installed prior to move in, this one didnt fall on interior logic as the dye lot in tile was changed and the builder didnt notify us. We had that flooring changed because the color of the flooring wasnt what we were expecting. Interior Logic or whoever they decided to subcontract the job to ripped up the floors and installed a new Emser porcelain tile. Within 30 days of this we started finding hollow tiles in our initial sweep we located 16 hollow tiles. 3 weeks later we had 48 hollow tiles and the grout was collapsing and could be scraped up with a fingernail. The first person that came from interior logic told us our dogs walking on the floor was the cause of the hollow tiles. First bs excuse. We worked with our home builder and finally came to the agreement that they would come in and replace the entire flooring the timeline for displacement from our brand new home was 2 weeks. Several communication and scheduling issues later we were displaced from our home for 2 1/2 weeks moved into 2 separate airbnbs and while we were promised their best guys on the job they subcontracted the work out to 1 person for a 2 person job and the new tile consists of tiles placed too high, low grout, sharp edges and floors we cannot walk on barefoot because they hurt our feet. Today we were told that our shark steam mop is the issue for their poor installation. We are to the point of hiring 3rd party inspectors and potentially seeking legal counsel because the communication has been so poor. This is so tiresome and not what someone should experience within their first year of a newly built home as a first time homeowner. There are so many things that have gone sour in this process than I cant even list them all in this review but moral of the story SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
