DYWCC did a fantastic job on my carpet. With a grass/ dirt yard, a big dog and 2 under aged three the light colored carpet was becoming a bit military camouflage patterned. Stu was able to make it nearly new looking with just the basic service. I felt his prices were fair and competitive. His services were prompt and speedy. He was able to accommodate same day as we called service. He was professional and friendly as we had plans so my mother was able to hang out for the service and he made her feel safe. This is a family business and his Wife who is the dispatcher/ scheduler was friendly, responsive and made the same day service happen. All in all I would highly recommend DYWCC for your carpet cleaning needs and we will be calling them back soon.

Done Your Way Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning our carpeting and a large (shag) area rug. I highly recommend Stuart. He is knowledgeable and efficient. Priced right! Thank you for your service!

I tried to schedule a cleaning but was told move outs are cash only. Having moved out of state it is a little difficult to pay with cash. It's 2024, credit cards are a thing. You could've asked for me to prepay or pay via Zelle or Venmo. Technically anyone could dispute any credit card charge, nothing about a move out clean makes it more risky. How much business are you turning away out of fear of a one off dispute?! If you're this difficult when trying to schedule what else are you going to do during or after the service to give customers a headache? With so many carpet cleaners out there (I used to own/operate the same industry) good luck with this business model....on to the next cleaner!
**Update**
I understand now. Having read actual reviews on Yelp now, it is apparent that Done Your Way is afraid of disputed CC charges because of how many negative reviews they've had in the past due to bad quality of service. I obviously can't speak to those, but perhaps this was a blessing in disguise for me.

Stuart and Vanessa are wonderful to work with and Ive been using their carpet cleaning services for the last three years. They are always on time, very pleasant, and do a fantastic job at a fair price. Id recommend them to anyone!
