Shout out to the Service Department on my 2022 Civic Sport. I bought it from a neighboring dealer a couple weeks ago and the idle-stop system was non-functional and the dealer I bought from couldnt figure it out so they sent it to Showcase Honda which is nearby. Whoever diagnosed/worked on my car there, I appreciate the speed, communication, and ability to figure out what the issue was. Thank You.

Isiah was amazing! Everyone was very honest & knowledgeable from the start and I did not feel as though I was being scammed at all throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Showcase Honda when purchasing a vehicle!

Great experience getting a car for my fianc. Isiah gave us a great experience and got us in and out without any hassle. Everyone was honest, transparent and very helpful through the whole process.

Im reporting this dealership to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
I was looking to trade my Honda Passport for the newer one. I got a call from a guy named Granger. On the phone I told him how my credit looked and what I wanted to do. He stated, If you can come in today I can get you in the new Passport with no money out of pocket with your trade. I told him how much was owed on the trade and everything. I got there, he ran my credit, it was higher than I stated on the phone. He then says, I cant do the passport because of your credit. But I can do the new pilot. And I can only do a lease. This will be your payment but I need a down payment of about $1500.00. When I told him I didnt like this he said, well it will be a short term lease. When we pay off your trade we are paying off $30k and your credit is going to shoot up by 100 points. In June or July, you come back and trade the pilot for anything you want on the lot and you pick your payment. I will make a reminder in my calendar to have you come in. So Im June I go back and Im told no this cant happen. You have to make X amount of payments and your credit.. I said thats not what I was told by Granger. They get him and he says, I didnt say that. I said you could come and refinance it to lower your payment. We were going off of your other lease. I said no youre not telling the truth and my trade wasnt a lease it was financed. And I found out you dont refinance to lower payments on a lease cause theres no interest. I have been in touch multiple times with the GM and another manager and no one returns my calls or emails and no one wants to make this right!!! The dude lied!!! They know he did. I was even told by Honda financial to take the pilot and trade it for something else and the dealership wouldnt do it!!! Now its either do a voluntary surrender and screw up my credit or keep it and just deal with it. They are basically saying yeah you got screwed over but who cares? Granger promised to give me $200.00 for referring my daughter and he never did that either!!
UPDATE: I was told to contact Lindsay Voss in customer relations.what a joke. She did not even address my main concerns. See screenshots.
UPDATE: They wont respond to the BBB (see my screenshot below). Granger is no longer there, I was told by another person they would at least send me the referral check, that didnt happen, and they STILL have not done anything to make this right. BBB suggested I take legal action and that is my next step. ALSO.Lindsey Voss does not answer calls!!!

I had to update my post, I bought the car on Friday March 29th 2024 from Cedric he was amazing nothing bad to say about him, but the next day I was driving my car and it was vibrating going above 70 mph and I took it back to the dealership to tell them the issue and they told me they couldnt find anything on it and I told them it vibrates and so they told me to give it a few days maybe they thought that I would just forget about it I guess? And also clay the sales manager had told me if I came back the new couple of days they can trade me out if it since they couldnt find the issue, and so I did go back on Monday and Doug the assistant manager told me that they couldnt do anything about it that in order for them to trade me out of the shaky car I would need money down for the new car and its not fair because I am purchasing a new car to not have to deal with issues this quick and it hasnt been even a week. So they pretty much sold me a DEFECTIVE CAR! I will never buy a car from here again, and now Im stuck with this car and I will have go fix it on my own.
