We just purchased our second Ferrari from Scottsdale Ferrari. We purchased a 458 spider a year ago and wanted to find something newer. We really wanted a blue F8 spider and Scottsdale happened to get one in. It was exactly what we were looking for down to the interior details and carbon fibereverywhere! Lonnie was so great to work with, he was in constant contact and even came in on his day off to complete the sale. This was our second time working with Megan as well and shes always great. We thank both Lonnie and Megan for making this such a great experience!

Ive never taken the time to write a review until receiving duplicated horrendous customer service experiences. After the first bad experience, I thought maybe it was due to a team member having a bad day so I thought Id give this dealer another attempt.
Incidentally, one would think after paying $550k for a new 2022 Ferrari you would at a minimum, get at least average customer service. Instead, it is pathetic for even the most simple ask, I receive service dept representatives who are so Scottsdale Arrogant and non-accommodating.
The epiphany for me is complete justification for why Ive purchased 4 Ferraris from the Fort Lauderdale Ferrari over the last 10 years. Literally over the phone, I receive better customer service from Fort Lauderdale Ferrari than I've ever received from the Penske Ferrari in my own backyard!
Being a large business owner, this to me is completely unacceptable and a poor representation of the Ferrari brand. Amongst several things, great customer service is definitely one of the staples the Ferrari brand should demand from their dealerships. Unfortunately, Penske is the only option for Ferrari service which is both disappointing and probably explains the pompous arrogance.
Get it together Penske Scottsdale Ferrari!!
