This guy is amazing! Super knowledgeable experienced and court saavy. Honest, courteous , respectful and very reasonable. This man knows his way around family court. He didnt rake me over the coals with attourney fees and add ons either. He was honest about his time and didnt treat me like just a paycheck. He was very realistic with his expectations on the outcome of my case and didnt try to drag it out just to make money on me. I have a very vindictive baby mama who was swamping up my case with false allegations and lies...i felt like i was getting buried alive! I was extremely overwhelmed and started feeling hopeless. Mr Onyia brought the darkness to the light and methodically pieced apart my ex's story like a fortress made out of legos. She was unjustly trying to take full custody of our son and destroy me with all of her lies. ( Even making a false report to DCS) stressful! Cosmas did a fantastic job and i was awarded 50/50 custody. He was reasonably priced unlike most of the attourneys i spoke too before him, quoting me outrageous costs even before hearing my case. I got everything i asked for... 50/50 custody for less of the cost than i expected. Mr Onyia gave me piece of mind to sleep well at night and not to worry...now thats (PRICELESS!!!) I want to take a moment and recognize this Awesome Lawyer Cosmas Oniya; that took care of my case and blew the other parties lawyer out of the water! Very qualified and has been in the business for over 20 years! I definitely recommend this law firm and have already referred him to family and he also won their case too!
