Deer Valley Senior Living

I work at the office building next door to the community and it appears to be closed and out of business for several days now. No vehicles or activity going on there.

After having my mother in DVSL for close to two yrs . it would be the last place i would send anyone for senior care .Price went up 2K was told more care was needed . All started out fine but services went down . Trash not being taken out for days, low on staff, needed health care not being serviced on time , breathing machine constantly not being charged , Cold food delivered in styrofoam . I visited on a weekend and had to be let in by the cook . Know one around . Emergency button pushed , know one came . Now after taking her out and paying for a month when she wasn't in her unit , she has been charged close to $2000 out of her bank acc with no explanation or item bill sent , we are still waiting for a call back . I realize there has been changes in management and ownership , but still looking for a explanation for the charges out of her bank account ( under review ? , not even a courtesy call back )

My mother in law resides here and we are very happy with the care she is getting! They are amazing people.

My mom has been living at Deer Valley for 10 months now. every time I go there to visit she is busy. Always something to do. Happy hour is very fun and she is looking forward to it. every time I emailed the administrator she emailed me back right away. Did not matter what time it was. I am very impressed and I have to say she exceeded my expectations. Have not seen anyone hands-on like her. Nurse is very sweet, Staff actually care, room is always clean, they have been Covid free , and I am sure it has been very stressful. I never can thank them enough. it was a huge decision for my sister and I and I am so glad we found Deer Valley. My mom is very happy. THANK YOU!
