1. Office Never answers phone, 2nd every month rent goes up with extra fees for whatever they want. Recently have new management, before everything was very clean and now everything is dirty, parking is horrible never any available. Extremely upset with new management on how things are turning out

Where to start. They never answer phone. They wouldn't give me an extra tow card for my daughter even tho she's the one who uses our parking spot. They shut down half of parking lot for repairs then closed off back parking to paint...at the same time...some kind of stupid. And its described as a gated community even tho they never lock gates. Described at luxury living but tweaker still walk in and build lil camps in apartments overnight. And parking is awful because they don't inspect apartments so there's 2 or more families in one unit. My neighbor has 11 people in there with 5 cars and they only ever assign one parking spot to a unit. Would not suggest it unless you're desperate.

Parking is horrible! Can’t have family or friends over to visit because of the parking. And the new owners never answer the phone!
