Sonterra Apartments at Paradise Valley

The layout and the community was beautiful. But I also take "customer service" very seriously, and this customer service was awful. He seemed as if he didn't want to help us and was rude all the way around making remarks. If that's what I have to work with trying to find a new a home, it is not worth it. Just because of that, I will continue to look else where.

My friend and I called this location in a bit of a rut and feeling defeated after an entire day of calling apartment complexes in the area. Although we may not be able to rent from this property given our circumstances, the gentleman we spoke to yesterday, Mike, was so compassionate and kind to us. If youre looking for a new home, I would definitely say give these guys a shot. They actually care and try to help you and id love to rent from them if I could.

Worst apartments to stay in. Apartment is full of roaches and they didnt take care of it and we couldnt transfer to another unit because of their policies. Maintenance services are not good.
