I definitely recommend this place. The ladies at the office are amazing. Everything was professionally handled. My unit was renovated to date. Very peaceful community with a gym and pool on location.

This has been the worst rental experience of my life, and I have lived all over the place. UPDATE 3/27: after emailing the front office several times asking for help with the bug problem, I received a chastising email from the incompetent property manager, Daisy. Here is what she said to my plea for help: As well, you are not being ignored I do have many emails that come through everyday. For future reference please submit a work order. Daisy- not responding to someone IS THE SAME THING AS IGNORING THEM. I dont get to make excuses about having too many emails that I cant help my customers. If I do that, I get fired. And you should be too! Dont advertise being helpful and then turn around and tell me Im being a pest when I have cockroaches crawling on me in my sleep. BACK TO MY REVIEW: First, the property tried to tell us we could not take possession of our unit ON OUR MOVE-IN DAY. No, I'm not kidding. We showed up with the movers and they literally said "You cannot move in for another four days." I have worked a lot of customer service in my day but never heard of something this egregious. When I called to discuss, the person on the phone sounded robotic and honestly kind of incompetent. There was very little recognition of how impactful their failure was and no attempt to reconcile. Now, we are literally overrun by cockroaches. They are everywhere: in our bathtub, the dishwasher, even crawling over us in our sleep! My several requests for pest control have all gone ignored. My attempts to discuss with the office have also gone ignored. There's also a lot of crime happening around here. I see a lot of junkies walking the streets at all hours of the day and night. I've started carrying a knife with me because of how bad it has gotten. Never in my life have seen such gross incompetency in one place. This place truly is a dump. Please do not move here unless you absolutely have to.

The Property manager and receptionist are very good with helping any problems I have had.
