Pavilions On Central Apartments

I love living at the Pavilions! I was in a bind to find a place and the approval process here was so easy. The layout of my unit is beautiful and the community is very well kept! Highly recommend.

The process of signing the lease, communicating with staff and moving in were so easy. The staff members responded quickly and answered all my questions. The complex is clean and offers a variety of amenities. Paying rent, receiving packages, and putting in work orders are very convenient. I also love the keyless entry into the apartment.

I love everything about living at the Pavilions! The office and maintenance staff are professional and friendly, and they quickly respond when I have a question or service request. The complex grounds are very well maintained. My neighbors are friendly and noise issues are non-existent. Although rent is a little steep, I think it's worth the cost. I live in a corner loft apartment with a garage and in-apartment washer/dryer, all of which I value. And the gated nature of the community provides a sound sense of security. All in all, I couldn't be happier living here!

The management is very friendly, responsive and professional. Anytime I needed something fixed, it was done promptly. I have almost lived here a year, and I've had a very positive experience. No complaints. I would recommend The Pavilions to my friends. Everyone uses the pool. It is always clean and ready for fun! The other residents I have met are friendly, seems like mostly working professionals. Having a garage is priceless!

I've lived at Pavilions on central going on 5 years now and have always been happy with it. When Security Properties took over management 3 years ago there has been a constant improvement. They've redone all of the outdoor spaces, completely new gym, updated to smartlocks/HVAC, repainted all of the buildings, reworked all of the lights and generally did things to improve the property. Between the maintenance staff (Richard and Mark) and the property management team (Karina, Holly and John) issues are addressed promptly and politely. They are always friendly and willing to take time for a resident. I find it a great place to live
