Camelback Courtyard

We lived there for a year. We loved the management and maintenance staff. Whenever we put a work order there was a quick turnaround time and all of our work orders were completed with great quality. Whenever there was an issue the leasing manager worked with us and was very understanding. All the staff at this apartment complex went out of their way to make sure that we felt secure in our living accommodation. It was easy to complete our laundry in the laundry facility, we were able to pay through an app and track our laundry. The grounds were maintained and our dogs enjoyed the community. We would have stayed if we hadn’t purchased a home.

Been living here almost a year now and I am LOVING it!! Its a smaller complex, so I have gotten to know my neighbors and they are such great people! There are alot of families here that grill on the weekends and if they don't have their own grills to roll out--there are a few located around the courtyard--so it always smells awesome outside. Lots of trees and grass around and they keep it pretty clean. Small-ish laundry room, but I haven't had any problems. I had some issues with my apt when I first moved in, but Marie and the maintenance guy got it fixed super fast. Aside from food delivery people having a hard time finding the complex sometimes, this place is perfect. Clean complex, great staff, awesome neighbors--hard to find in Phoenix.

This place is so trash! Not only does the manager never do anything about our problems but now there’s rats in the apartments which we have had to buy our own rat traps and capture them. First the roaches and now the rats! Furthermore during the last couple of days there’s been this awful gas like smell coming from the vents of the apartment. Fix your sh!t would not recommend these apartments to anyone! Please stay away if you can!

Just moved in to apartment. All windows seventies style all rooms cold, windows shack when any door opens or close even other neighbors doors. One bathroom fan is load and the has no fan but the motor runs. Our car was ticketed in the parking lot of the apartment. The landry room machines are old and loud so are your clothes safe from being damaged. Just from the first 5 days of being here. And these apartments have a lot of bad views which we didn't check out first we should have did your 🏡.

The manager Marie is the worst manager I ever met. The rent is no worth at all when, I moved in there was a lot of cockroaches full in the dish washer the laundry room is a total joke the washer are always broken 14k is not worth at all....worst decision I’ve ever made coming in here.
