He was very courteous and helpful with out rental car drop off issue at the same time reassuring the other passengers that they would make their flight timely.

supershuttle appears to be a business in decline based on the latest rides. vans are not clean or washed, seats and interior are worn and have an odor of stale sweat. i have been using supershuttle for many years with good experiences but the latest service shows that the company isnt maintaining the high standards they once did. the latest vans seen are nothing more than old taxis that never get proper maintenance and the drivers and curbside attendants do not reflect the business in a positive way. makes me think if the company is struggling or going out of business good customer service and quality control are lacking in Phoenix.

The recording as soon as you called the 1-800 number suggested to use the app to receive a 10% or $10 off discount. The discount code did not work. I called the 1-800 number five times and was hung up on five times. I will never suggest this shuttle service to anyone. HORRIBLE customer service and misleading/lying discount for app. I'm appalled at the way I was treated and have never had such a poor experience with a shuttle service in my life.
