Disorganized staff, mediocre food. Sloppy service. Gave us last week's menu. Ran out of white wine. Simply the worst possible experience.

Guy should be ashamed of himself for putting out this trash food. We ordered the cheesesteak rolls and it tasted like week old reheated steak and unfortunately couldn't mask it with the cheese sauce because they didn't include it in the order. Caesar salad was warm and the dressing had no flavor. How does that happen when you call yourself Flavortown Kitchen? Carlos Ruiz would also be disappointed with the Crazy Cuban sandwich. It was probably the worst I've ever had and was a squashed mess of low quality ham, bread and pickles. I have had better food at dive bars in sketchy parts of town. Guy, you are better than this. Go check your people, quality, and processes and fix this. If you don't, this will continue on the path of hurting your reputation.
