I try to avoid spending money at the big chains, not to say that this isnt a big chain, but they are not Amazon or the big box stores. I am also an experienced plumber, so I would rather do business with a supplier. I will never use this business again. The staff is extremely rude. (At least the older guy who I got stuck with was.) I also expected better pricing. I was blown away at how much more they charged. My total bill was $144. At Home Depot I got the same stuff for less than $70. No good deed goes unpunished.
