My experience was not good ,strange to say the least had a hair cut it isn't straight and the hair that was cut was not brushed, combed or blown out of my hair it was all over my car wadds of it in my brush when I got home. I'll never go to a Cost Cutter again.

I have been to the same person several times. I booked an appointment for 11am this morning (Sunday) the first of the day. A man had raced me to the door and the person who I booked with had him sitting in her chair by the time I got inside. She said he was a walk in, I said I have an appointment, I was on time. I walked out and drove over to Great Clips further along Bell Road and was seen immediately and got a great hair cut. This is the second time I have had an appointment at opening time at Cost Cutters and found my stylist just starting on a walk in. I am done with Cost Cutters at 91st and Bell.
