We asked for Quality to come and do a septic inspection, the tech who came out didn't know where the tank was located. He started digging and ended up breaking the sewer line, the tech did not even repair the break. He left without properly repairing his mistake which caused the line to back up with granite and fill the hole he dug with sewer. The tech used spray foam and a coupling which wasn't even tightened down to try and patch the break. Not only did this tech break the line and was unable to locate the tank. My husband had to go out to the property and locate the tank for them and he also had to repair the break. Once Quality came back out to do the actual inspection, they didn't even place the top on the tank on properly. When we received the invoice we were being charged for "tank location" even though they couldn't locate the tank themselves. When we asked to have this charge removed we were told we still had to pay for them attempting to locate the tank. The ONLY good thing about Quality is Vicki, she is absolutely amazing.

We used the portable toilets for 4 months. They NEVER missed a cleaning and yes they were hand cleaned and contained hand sanitizer. They had there toilet to us before the time they said they would be there. ALL of the employees that came up to clean it was the most professional, courtous and friendly right up to the owner. Will we use them again you bet. Thanks Small Beginnings for everything in our time of need.
