Harley, the estimator called and came out on schedule to write up what we wanted done. The scope of work and the price were emailed to us so we had an opportunity to change anything we wanted.
The work was scheduled and completed at a time convenient for us. All the branches and wood we didn't want was put in a trailer and hauled away. All the work areas were cleaned up at completion of the project including using a blower to disperse of all the wood chips. The oak wood we wanted to keep to burn was stacked up in areas close to where it was cut. The price was fair and they accepted the coupon that had come in the mail. We decided to have some more trees taken down and called them back for another round. It went just as well as the first trip.
We have already recommended them to some friends that are looking to get some trees cut and removed.

Excellent customer service! I called Jodi to let her know what i needed to have done and Bob Lee contacted me right away and went out to survey the trees that were infected with the Bark Beetle.
Within a day I had a quote and then he scheduled a day to cut down. Very reasonable price compared to others that I called. Did a great job of cleaning up all logs and slash.
I would definitely recommend Bob Lee & Sons!
