Poor craftsmanship, they take way too long to build, cover up mistakes made, many unsatisfied customers and they don’t want to do anything to fix things the right way. Almost a year to build a small house. Things change from the first meeting where the owner is all nice and tells you he will make this the best experience to a few months later nothing is happening and you are dealing with a nightmare! Cracked boards, uneven subfloors, horrible paint and stucco jobs, doors that don’t close correctly, steps have gaps between them and walls, cracked tub, shelves falling down, electric outlets crooked with holes around them, baseboards our horrible! Make sure you go through everything thoroughly before moving in! Good luck if you use them!
Almost a year to completion of this 1750 sqft home and this is how it looks two weeks before walk thru!!!
Bellago homes has been the worst home builder I have ever dealt with as far as timelines and workmanship as a real estate agent or as a buyer for my family!
Attached are pictures and videos of problems with the entire process. Move in was supposed to be in October. Ground was broken in April then it was changed to by Christmas and now it's supposed to be a walkthrough in two weeks with a close date of Jan 3-5th. Let's see if this actually happens! Of course I am not the only one! I have been quiet and not complained up to this point publicly but this has gotten ridiculous! First trip to the office last January 2019 and paperwork signed beginning of February. Now scheduled to be completed in January of 2020.

Signed papers on the house today!!! Yay!!! Had a walk thru on Monday with Braxton and Tyler which went very well. Still some work that needs to be done but the guys really turned things up and got the subs in there to take care of what needs to be taken care of the last couple of weeks!There is still some work to be finished but they have stepped in to get things scheduled and make sure that the rest of the work is getting done after move in. Thank you Tyler and Braxton for getting things done we really appreciate you!

Bellago Homes is one of the best home builders in Arizona. They have a great attention to details. Wayne and his construction superintendent will go above and beyond to make things perfect in your home. One of the Great builders

Poor workmanship, they're more like a general contractor than a legitimate home developer. They blame all the issues on their sub contractors. It took them over a year to fix issues in our home after we moved in which included uneven tiles, holes in drywall, electrical outlets missing, poor interior painting, sloppy stucco work, attic gable vents missing which is a building code violation and several more issues.Several others in my community have had similar issues. I would not recommend Bellago homes to anyone.
