We had decided to move from Washington state to Arizona to start our new chapter. However, when it came to finding our perfect home that was tough. Looking online one day the next it was pending or contingent. We found one and I made the call to the listing agent, Carolyn Pinkney, it was sold but she had one that was just getting ready to list. Now how lucky we were with Carolyn. She coordinated with my daughter to show the house, and we were able to see the house through FaceTime. She was there for us through all the questions, dealing with all the docs and made our transition so smoothly. She has always been there for us, any day anytime. Moving for the sellers was last minute. Carolyn and her co-agent Kerrie helped the sellers pack, get rid of garbage and junk. The day we received our keys, the seller left so much junk and garbage, it was overwhelming. Carolyn and Kerrie stepped in again and helped clean up. Between the two days they took 10 truckloads to the dumpster. They have gone above and beyond for us. And I am sure they do for each client. They are not just excellent real estate agents, they are wonderful people. I will recommend Carolyn and Kerrie to anyone that is looking to purchase their next home. You will not be disappointed.
