Aaron is the pre-eminent financing guy for property investors. He's a well known educator in the industry, has lots of tools in his financing toolbag and is personally super responsive if you just need a sounding board to think through your next move. (Which every investor needs!) Aarons team also did a fabulous job handling our pre approval on through closing.
