Worst customer service ever rude agents who are to young to be so rude to their senior customers. They drop the ball and I had to call them back a few weeks later to say why am I not insured and the agent said oh we drop the ball. No apology at all. And then when they set up my payment plan I was charged for the whole year. I am 71 and on a limited income and that was so stressful oops empty your account once again no apology. I have an older mobile home dont feel like i have a choice but I would love to choose different

Hard to talk to agent when snowbirds are down. Left several messages after purchasing insurance through them and couldn't get call back. Finally transferred to Apache Junction location and was able to talk to agent. That is when I found out that you are not assigned an agent and you can call in and talk to anyone. Insurance pricing seemed to be competitive and they understand the snowbird situation and how to insure for part timers in AZ.

One year renewal and my premium increased by 50%. They also had the wrong year for my unit and said I must have told them wrong on the application, when in fact, the agent typed it wrong right off the title. Found a much cheaper rate at another agency. They only offer two options for park model insurance and they are bad and worse.
