Called to make an appt to file an extension as we have never done this before asked if we need to bring in anything. I was told we need our w2s tho I explained the whole point of us filing for an extension was because we don't have our w2s. The lady at the front desk was extremely confused kept placing me on hold to get answers instead of just transferring me to someone who could answer them then stated to just come in. We are an hour plus from that location and needed to know what to bring as we can't just drive back home to pick up what we don't have and she insisted she had to place me back on hold. I ended up just canceling our appt because if they are that disorganized and non helpful over the phone I can only imagine what a horrible visit we would have had if we actually went in to that location. I do not recommend and would advise to find a different location to make sure your taxes don't get messed up

I've always been satisfied with H&R Block. I trust them to make sure my taxes are filed correctly.
