Hidden bill after the visit. Upfront $250 for a quick check up and got bill additional $280 week later through my email.

Customer service number is a dead end, no matter what time of normal business hours. Called multiple times. Paid my bill in full, received the email confirmation and funds pulled from my account. Received a letter from collections one month after bill paid in full. Called to verify they're information is accurate with mine due to the merger, no answer.

I sent my son to this clinic for care. He's never visited the doctor by himself. The woman who was tending to him was very impolite, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. I'm not sure if it was because he arrived at 7:00 p.m. and the place closed at 8:00 p.m. but the last thing someone wants or needs when sick is to be treated like crap. She would rudely tell other patients entering the clinic "no speak Spanish here". He ended up leaving because she said she couldn't get a hold of my insurance to verify eligibility (Blue Cross Blue Shield) and he would have to pay out of pocket for the visit. Luckily I was able to find another urgent care in the area (Concentra urgent Care Phoenix Airport)where he was treated without any issues verifying Insurance. Very disappointed in the facility.
