They fixed my watch which was in need of some tender love and care. They were fast, friendly and super helpful. Thanks guys! If I ever need another jewelry fixed I'll be back.

We visited the store 3 times for some small watch & wedding ring help, the staff was very helpful each time! We had Karole look at my wifes diamond wedding ring to see if the prongs were ok or if they needed work. Karole inspected it & said everything was fine but 1 prong needed a little buffing to smooth it out. She did this & then cleaned the ring & made it sparkle like new! We were so relieved & happy with Crown Jewels of Havasu wonderful staff!

My diamond was dull and the rocker bracket was loose. Angel really got my silver hair comb and my diamond to their original brilliance. There was so much beautiful jewelry to look at while I waited. I'll definitely be back. Thank you for your help Angel!!!

Very professional and friendly service. Had my watch band pins replaced and they didnt even charge me. I highly recommend Crown Jewelers in Lake Havasu!
