Just provide the information they need when they are assessing your needs. Tell them the level of pressure which works for you own well-being and they will understand. Communication is a very important part of helping.

If you beleive that your massage was compromised by this in any way, please reach out to me and I would be happy to make it right with you. I remember that we were waiting for your realtor to arrive and pay for your massages. Our desk staff are scheduled until 3pm because it is slow season, not because they are tired. I waited patiently until almost 4 and he had not arrived so I asked if you had an alternative method of payment. I'm very sorry if you felt unappreciated or rushed.
