I am rating this comapny 3 stars for their unethical behavior. Home warranty company selected this company for air-conditioning service. Two visits and one part replaced. Problem still persists. They cancelled a follow-up appointment for their "warranted" work. They never called me regarding this. I took time off work and wasted time and money. They were diligent in contacting the warranty company and claimed they visited my home 4 times. They stated nothing was wrong with my AC unit. Common sense would indicate to contact your customer and inform them that the appointment is canceled. But, just like their ineptitude in servicing an AC unit, they also seem to lack skills in utilizing a phone.

We had a very good experience with AAA Affordable Air. We put in a claim early on a Saturday morning through our home warranty company. We had a return call as soon as they opened. It was Mothers Day weekend and the nice lady with AAA said they could come out but she would like to give her staff a day off on Sunday. I totally agreed and we were scheduled for Monday morning. AAA showed up on time and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new A/C. AAA worked with our warranty company on the replacement. Everything was handled and we were kept informed throughout the process. AAA Affordable was on time and did a great job!

They canceled a job and l was never informed. I was informed by my tenants that the AC didn't work. I had to call AC company to find out they had canceled the job. They finished the job and said small particulars may fly out of the ducts. That tells me the technician never checked the unit after installing it. They filled up our trash and recycled cans. They also places 4 large trash bags next to my trash cans . In thier behalf I signed a contract stating they are not responsible for damages to the roof. No where in the contract does it say the owner will clean up after the technician! Service: A/C system repair

AAA Affordable Air Conditioning is fantastic. We had them service our HVAC unit a year ago and were very impressed. So when it died yesterday we called them to help us out. They came the next day and fixed our unit in 120-degree temperatures. They were so wonderful and very experienced. They had it up and running with new parts within an hour. Thank you so much!
