      image I have to say everytime I went to the location of Verizon all the reps have attentive and tell you sorry for the wait and you are next when we are done with the customer
      They are knowledgeable, patient, and kind and helpful and the manager which I have dealt with explains and cares about customer satisfaction for the best of their interest
      I would say they are probably more than likely your best customer satisfaction
