Recently charged me an unbelievable $100 more than a Honda dealer was going to charge me for a transmission fluid change. And $100 more than any other I've ever paid anywhere in my life. Cannot recommend. Avoid.

Went in for an oil change. I had an appointment & waited for the car. The service was so courteous & timely. The waiting area was clean ... they even had snacks & coffee! It was a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Update - December 18, 2023: Ooroo in Green Valley does very high quality, professional, automotive repair work; they are not necessarily inexpensive, but then again, the old adage of "you get what you pay for" is certainly applicable.
Last year----May 2022----I gave Ooroo/GV a 5 star rating. Today, I've reduced it to a 3. Ooroo still does "top notch" automotive work----however-----this morning as I drove up to their facility, I was a bit confused with their two different driveways & wasn't exactlynsure which one to pull into. As It turned-out, I did pull into the correct entrance-way, but momentarily----parked in front of one of the garage doors and while leaving my vehicle running----attempted to get out and ask to make sure I was in the correct entrance-way.
Well, I wasn't 3 feet from my car before "Bill," one of the (older-"more senior?") Auto Techs comes marching out from the garage and rudely tells me to "move my car-----you're blocking things----get out of here."
Hmm.....my response was, "Well, at least you could say Good Morning-----and ask me to move my car----but then again, I guess I'm just someone unimportant.....like a customer." At which point Bill dismissively turned around and marched back into the garage.
My intent is not to get into a personal rant, but it's been quite some time since I've been treated so rudely, by someone with such a surly and impolite manner. And, the thing is----I'm willing to bet-----Ooroo and its leadership and management doesn't want me to be treated that way either.
Just for what it's worth.....
