Had a great experience here the 1+ year I was there. Helped me lose 50 lbs and get in the best shape of my life. All of the instructors are good but Ashley is definitely the best. They push you hard. Fun atmosphere everyone is very friendly. Nice selection of merchandise. If you are looking for the perfect cardio/HIIT gym to go to and lose weight this is it. They teach you to move like a boxer and hit like one too. Did I mention how good it feels to hit a bag for an hour after a long day of work? Great for your mental health. Pro tip: Spend the extra few bucks and buy the Gel boxing gloves from them they will feel great and last forever. When I had to step away because of a running injury they were very understanding and worked with me on canceling my membership which I really appreciated.

This place has changed my life! Never had a bad class here. I'm in the best shape of my life at 54 and at a consistent weight I haven't seen since the other side of 30! Trainers are fantastic! It feels like family, and ALL are welcome!

Title Boxing is more than a boxing club. It is a community and support system. I started at Title in upstate NY and when I moved to Arizona knew I had to find a new club near me. The Goodyear location is amazing. Each trainer is different and provides different experiences. Im currently working with Ashley for one on one personal training and love it. Ashley is encouraging, intense, and pushes you to challenge yourself. I am very thankful for my experience at Title.

Love the class, wish I could go even harder at times. I get a lot of push from the instructor Ashley, but I need it my core is weak lol. But all in all great class

When I walked in to TITLE I was looking for a workout to push me and really make some changes, it did this for me. I love every minute of it.
