Spooner, PT, FAFS, CEO opened the outpatient physical therapy practice in Scottsdale, Arizona, with the philosophy that every individual should be empowered with the knowledge and ability to achieve health through movement.       image So why visit a PT if you have no injuries? At 64 and getting ready to retire, I want to stay injury free so that I can continue my active lifestyle. At Spooner I worked with Dania, with the first step being an assessment to gauge both my mobility and to find any weaknesses or imbalances. She came up with a set of strengthening and mobility exercises, and answered quite a few questions regarding the benefits or drawbacks of various routines. It was well worth the investment.

      image Great care to get people, young or old, to get back on their feet.
      I have had to receive help on my knee and shoulder and now my hip and knees and helped me a lot. Very caring experiences. Everyone there has always treated me with kindness and good PT work out! Just remember they are there to help you and you have to follow on the exercises. They are there to help you.
