I don't bank with chase anymore due to the people working at this bank! Unprofessional and don't know didly! I thought wellsfargo was bad, ha chase takes the cake.. Bank anywhere else!

I needed cash in 2 dollar bills, which is extra work for the teller. Both times I have made this unusual request the tellers have been professional, kind, and efficient.
I am impressed with the tellers at this Chase location.

Second time this year that they were too busy for my appointment that I made days in advance. Had to go to a different location or UPS both times. Chase Bank itself hasnt been a great experience the last 6 years. I think its time to close the account and try someone who has quality customer service.
