        This should be the best known store for all sewers! I have 4 old sewing machines and I take them in when the tension goes awry and the owner fixes them for a very good price! He is very kind and explains what I am doing wrong and how to use my machines.It is an old shop right in the heart of Old Glendale.In the back,he has hundreds of small tools and all sorts of old parts to fix machines.His workshop reminds me of my grandpa's workshop in his garage.The front is well cared for with rows of sewing machines for sale and vacuum cleaners.I have searched all over Phoenix and I will never go anywhere else,but Glendale Vacuum,for my sewing needs.I have since moved an hour and a half away from Phoenix and guess what? I still bring my machines down to this shop.The owner is one of the kindest men I have ever met.Worth the time and gas.
