Never ever again. I went in with the impression that it would be around $100 to file. According to H&R website My final bill was $265 for a simple tax return. Make you sure you do research as according to H&R block customer service they can charge different prices per store and different prices per person in store. This company as a whole is very shady and if you do file go in knowing you will be paying over $200 if you file jointly.
Update: The manger reached out to me to ask about the review. She checked my return and it was wrongly filed. Ended up going from owing money to FED to them owing me money. Im updating to 3 stars. 5 for manger doing the job the person I paid for. 3 star for over all experience.
MAJOR UPDATE! 2 years later I got a bill from the IRS saying I owned $3K in back taxes from when they did my taxes in 2020. I went to another H&R Block off base and the gentleman working on them to fix their major mess ups. Its been 3 weeks to fix and the option of the new tax guy said it almost looks like they messed them up this bad on purpose. STAY AWAY! This place should be shut down and tossed off base. Do it yourself youre less likely to have a mess up doing it yourself. Garbage everything.
