This place has gone way down hill. New owners have no idea what they are doing and the staff does not know how to cook. When you get a chicken Philly they let it cook for about 60 seconds dont melt the cheese on the meat or put the bread on the meat and cheese while its on the grill. So its cold. Also they all have their head phones in their ears while cooking touching them.

I specifically went to the mall for a Philly steak from Great Steak and the closed 45 minutes early. The girl at the register was super rude. I read in another post that they recently bought the store from the previous owners. It makes me sad because I have been eating there since the mall opened in the mid 90's. It sucks because I will never go back therr again due to the new owners and staff. I'm sure the food won't taste the same either because they don't seem to have the same pride as the previous owners

They have roaches!! I took my kids here yesterday and saw them crawling around the soda machine and on the counters. They just agreed they have roaches and continued serving customers! I'm calling the department of health. Shut it down!

Pepper steak sandwich made me sick as he'll. I ate then went to the theater and had to leave because I kept vomiting.
