Moving my loan just as soon as I can. Would not do business with this company again. Received a lot of "I don't know" and "I'm not sure". I feel like these are things i should be able to come to the loan company for when I'm having questions about the loan and differences between what the website says and what the human on the phone says. There was no effort to look farther into the issue just wanted me off the phone.
