This mobile home park is absolutely disgusting and horrible. The managers have been and continue to be extremely rude and unprofessional. They advertise a pool on their website but you can NEVER use it! It's always closed due to "construction" it's constantly disgusting and dirty and most likely not even up to satiation codes can honestly get an infection if you were to use it. Dogs and cats are constantly running around the streets and it's so incredibly sad seeing how bad these animals are treated.. almost hit dogs because of them running loose in the roads.. can't even use their gym because my key won't work in their old rusting lock, even needed to buy a new key and the problem wasn't solved when I brought it up to management she talked to me like I was stupid!!. Constantly getting notices to clean our yard when half of these trailers yards ARE COVERED IN WEEDS AND GARBAGE, but if you dont do it you'll get fined. Are constantly increasing your rent prices you are EXTREMELY MONEY HUNGRY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGERS! Don't even get me started on constantly having to listen to loud music and dogs barking pretty much 24/7. Don't ever recommend anyone living here!!

We just moved in, but they have been excellent at customer service and addressing any concerns or needs we have had. The move in process was smooth. The park is extremely quiet, and most of the neighbors are friendly and pleasant. Its definitely a family community, and you can see kids riding bikes and playing regularly. I love that its pet friendly, and has a community atmosphere.

I've lived here for 5 years & I'm not sure the other reviews are accurate. I find it one of the nicest mobile home parks I've ever lived in & seen. The upkeep with the roads is like clockwork & always done so well. The people are cool & to me crime activity is almost non existent.. Of course I don't know everything. They get all the run down homes out. I'm happy living here.

How in da He.ll you going to give residents a damn days notice via text message and say the parking lot is being redone you can not drive on it and if you drive on it you will be fine???? You think you're funny. Come time for me to leave for work, I WILL drive me truck out of my driveway and drive through the parking lot and go to work. You can for sure bet on that. Same day notice, c'mon now do better people.
