Review is based on customer service!
I used the company's 'Contact Us' email option on their website to inquire about very specific landscape needs. The site is simple, professionally put together, and made it convenient to reach out to the company electronically.
Within two hours, I received an email response to my inquiry. What I really liked is that not only was the response quick, but the response was a courtesy to let me know the company cannot assist with my request. Most companies would blow off responding to a known dead lead.
