Went into the store to exchange a modem for a non fiber optic one since I was moving into a neighborhood that doesn't have fiber optic wifi and the guy exchanged it for another fiber optic modem. When I had to return it the next day they got the new one right but never returned my items so they tried to charge me 250.00 for equipment not returned, how can you not do your job face to face with a customer?

The only good that I can say about Cox is the young lady who came over to help me, she was extremely Pleasant and eager to help me Resolve my problem. Unfortunately Cox doesn't really care.

Junior gave me a great Cox experience. Knowledgeable, confident and personable! Pricing was fair and reasonable!

When we go in there, this store sells more phones than cable, which is fine except where everybody works with the people on the phone and us. That actually have cable, sit there and wait. And we have questions honor bill and nobody helps instead. They just sit there and play with the phones in the computers. And giggle and laugh when there was 6 people waiting in the store, not happy customer.
