Fantastic experience for an unfortunate situation.
After being involved in an auto accident I called Wade & Nysather for help. From start to finish everything was explained to me, from timelines throughout the process to expected outcomes. I was constantly kept in contact with and updated on the progress of my claim by Michael Wade, my attorney. Barbara Valenzuela, my point of contact for my property claim to get my vehicle repaired and Melissa Cilley, my paralegal for the personal injury portion of my claim. Every time I had a question or was unsure of something I received a response same day. Not only was I happy with the outcome of my claim, I was even more happy with how I was treated and made to feel I had people working with me to take the stress out of having to deal with the insurance company alone. If you need an accident attorney dont hesitate to call!! I was in an unexpected accident, where I needed multiple ankle surgeries, and I thought I could handle the insurance company on my own. I was very mistaken!!
Calling Mike was the best decision I couldve made! The amount of stress they took off my plate was priceless! Mike Nysather, Mike Wade and Melissa couldnt have made this experience any easier. I was always kept in the loop with what was going on in my case and each one of them had the patience to answer all of my crazy questions to put my mind at ease.

My 17 year old son was involved in an accident that was entirely the other driver's fault where my car was totaled. Fortunately, he only suffered minor injuries. Nysather and Wade were recommended to us by one of the doctors treating my son who told us how caring and professional they were. We were referred to Mike Nysather himself and we are so glad that we did.
Throughout the entire process, Mike demonstrated the utmost integrity not only in caring for my son's well being at the top of the list, but also with his honest character in the way he kept us informed each step of the way and talked to us if we were his own family. This type of character is hard to find in this industry today let alone in our society. We ended up with a favorable settlement that would not have come our way if it weren't for Mike. For that we are forever grateful.
