If you value customer service, I recommend you find a corporate location that has the full customer support backing, providing all that Verizon has to offer, otherwise you are limited to what this location can provide, which is mediocre at best. Corporate can only do so much when you initiate business with a franchise
If you have a situation that requires thinking outside the box to solve your problem you wont be getting it from here. Corporate has processes and systems to properly serve its customers.
The kids working here just make the situation worse by passing you around, put you on hold for days hoping someone else will deal with you, hoping you get tired and give up, rather than taking ownership and HELPING the customer.
Save yourself the headache, time and money and just find a corporate location.
