This is the second year that I've had super great customer service in-person from H&R Block, and I would 100% recommend anyone to use them!

      image Came in 2 hours before close and nobody was there and the door was locked. Closing so early on a weekday when people are just getting off work and so close to the tax deadline is unacceptable customer service.
