Over the past two years I have ordered multiple Key Switch's and Padlocks and the services as always been stellar. The people at the front desk are always nice and easy to work with. Lyne has never missed a step in letting me know when my items are ready to be picked up. I would recommend Metro Fire to anyone looking for Knox devices or anything else they might sell.

Tuesday the 17th, I reached out to get a quote from them. Spoke with someone name Ken who assured me that would be sending me a quote but never heard back. I tried calling today, two days later, and nothing.
Another non responsive "company" that shouldn't be in business.
Frustrating and unprofessional.
I reached out to a company called IMPACT FIRE. They were responsive and friendly.
Got the quote done without any excuses or disappearance acts.
