Called and nobody answered twice, Showed up to location and waited over 30 minutes for nobody to assist me or answer an questions I had, Total waste of time. There isn't anyone as a receptionist so nobody at all to assist, not a real doctors office. 10 different doctors working out of this location and no receptionist or front desk, very unprofessional company.

Thank you for the excellent service provided at Azure. The doctor was very kind, polite and took extra time to answer all my questions. Their team was always available through the entire certification process. With the new changes to the certification process, I am glad I received all the support I needed.

Dr Nandyala is awesome! The office is clean and modern, she was so polite and helpful. She took care of my paper work electronically and i had everything I needed within 48 hours. She even promptly replied to my email the day after my appt and answered some questions I had.
