It was a smooth & pleasant experience from beginning to end. I requested an appointment to diagnose my rentals garage door malfunction on Sunday afternoon on their website. At 8am the next day, I received a call from them, set up my appointment for the following day. Bernard, the technician, called me to confirm he was on his way. I met him there. He quickly diagnosed the problem....that I needed a new unit. He installed it, explained how this one was different, programmed the remotes. All of this took about 90 minutes. He was organized, knowledgeable, & professional. I highly recommend him!
