Don’t rent here!

My complaints are too numerous to know where to begin. So. let me try to be helpful by giving 5 reasons why you should not rent here:
1. Poor cell phone reception, AT&T, Verizon, T-mobile, All get 1 bar. Plan on going outside if you want to make a phone call or post a photo to Facebook.
2. Buildings are poorly constructed. Don’t get a first floor apartment unless you want to hear everybody above you walking and hear everyone in the building flushing their toilet. Shortly after moving in , my bathroom and bedroom closet were flooded with sewer water from the apartment upstairs.
3. There is only one trash compactor for the entire complex and it is almost always overflowing. The mandatory trash valet service is unreliable.
4. Security gates that should be closed, stay open and access gates to amenities that should work, don’t function.
5. Management doesn’t care

I will end with management’s latest shenanigan.

The apartment management has now decided to remove all the game room equipment from the game room: Pool cues, pool balls, air hockey and foosballs. This decision makes this amenity useless if you work during the day and want to use the game room in the evening.

I was told that this was because the pool cues got vandalized. (That says a little bit about the community)

To now use the game room, you will need to do go to the office during their 9-5 office hours and fill out a form and either, relinquish your drivers license or put down a $100 deposit.

Have heard absolutely horrible things about this place. Constant water damage, toilets leaking, AC going out, and cant forget about the AWFUL management. They will do everything to avoid talking to you to resolve issues with your apartment. 0/10. NOT RECOMMEND.

WOW!! I dont agree with any of the negative reviews! I have lived here almost one year and I love living here! They maintain the community very nice! The gates are working now. The apartments are beautiful!! Parking is tight I agree it has got better over the past few months but all the other great reasons to live here makes up for the parking!!

I moved into the Crossing at Cooley station May 28th of 2021. Worst living experience and year of my life. Now that I would love to close the door and be done with this poorly ran apartment complex, I have not received the money they legally owe me! Also heads up, beware of leasing staff- they are really good at "answering your questions without answering them" due to either their lack of knowledge on the subject or their own pettiness. I moved out of The Crossing at Cooley Station on May 26th of 2022. I have not received my mailed move out statement or check. The front office staff at The Crossing at Cooley station have been helpless since our move in date. I have contacted The Crossing at Cooley station several times via phone and email as well as the billing office. I have never received a call back from the billing office, I called a total of 5 times. Per Arizona tenant act, The Crossing at Cooley station had 14 business days post move out to give me the walk-through statement, close out, and my deposit (which was over $900). 14 business days post May 26th is June 15th, today is July 18th. One month past the legal time frame to give me my deposit and close out information.
