I'm a long time Realtor in Kingman AZ and I've tried many carpet cleaning services through the years. In April of this year I had a house closing that needed the carpet cleaned and when I called my go to guy I found he had left the business..I was lost. Since it's very important to me for homes to be chemical free I searched the internet and found Tri ~ State Chem ~ Dry. Sheree answered the phone right away and Kevin came right out, I was so impressed I had them clean another much larger home too. Not only did the carpet look fantastic but they cleaned up after themselves so well you would have never known they were there.
