Colter and his team helped me transform my old home into a safe and protected home for my kids. They moved outlets around, dedicated circuits in the right spot, and showed me how I could get the job done as efficiently as possible without any unnecessary work. Colter was supposed to have an electrician onsite at 9 AM. We waited until 9:30 AM hoping the electrician was going to show up. We finally called the company and they advised that they had a tech call out sick and did not have anyone else to cover the job. They didn't let us know what the circumstances were until we called in which resulted in wasting 2 hours of our time. Now well have to try and co-ordinate another appt with a different company. When they finally sent an electrician out to our home and were supposed to install light switches. The electrician was confused because their was going to be a transition on the wiring on the switches and he was unable to connect the new switches. I called into their office and they stated that they had that issue beforealthough she did say they had other electricians who knew how to handle the swap. The electrician that showed up today was in a personal vehicle (not in a company vehicle),wearing a cowboy hat and clearly wasnt qualified to do the work. It seemed as though he was a sub-contractor instead of an actual employees. The entire process came off as very unprofessional. Service: Electrical fixture installation
