I love Sallys. I have naturally beautiful nails. I hate going to the salon because the usual cause some kind of damage. My sister learned to do her nails for the same reason. She told me she gets all her stuff from sallys. So I gave her money to go to Sally and get everything she needed to do my nails. She did. I was in love. When she was doing them she was so gentle I almost feel asleep. The nails looked beautiful and stayed on for two weeks! Then I took them off with Floss picks there was some damage but still not as much ad going to the Salon. So I went to Sally and asked if they had aftercare they would recommend. The two lady there yesterday afternoon were extremely helpful. One recommend NailTek strengthener and a buffer. I went home buffed my nails applied the strengthener. They were just as healthy as before this whole process started.

I'm pretty much over this store. It is never stocked, literally every time I have come here for the past 2 years they have been out of almost everything I wanted whether it be hair supplies or nail supplies. My thing is I don't want to order stuff online I want to go in the store and look at the product and make sure it's something I want but how can I do that when the only beauty supply store we have in Flagstaff is always out of stock? They're always low staff too. I literally waited in line 10 minutes to buy one item today. I came in for a specific top coat nail polish and they didn't have it because they had just sold the only one they had in stock. If there is a demand for a product then why aren't they supplying it? If they can't get the supply for it then don't offer the product. I'm pretty much done supporting Sally's.

They have products here you can't otherwise find in Flagstaff & every time I've needed something in particular I've found other things randomly at great prices compared with elsewhere. Sometimes hit or miss with their inventory & though well cleaned, an outdated less clean aesthetic type store due to age or something, which is why it's 4 stars. Apart from one time, everyone's super helpful & pleasant each time. Being pretty lackadaisical with beauty stuff overall, others call it low maintinance: tend to find a product that works better than previous products & slowly improve my regime without a lot of fuss. Works for me & I've found products here that have helped keep my streamlined process while upgrading my overall results. For example: hair masks or leave-in conditioners that are quality & easy to grab when they're desired. Might not be the popular high end expensive stuff others go for but it's affordable & effective at keeping my hair happy & shiny lol. Therefore it's a small store that has what I've ever needed & I've tried things that overall stepped up quality. That mixed with the helpful people there is a 4/5 for me. They don't carry some things I wish they did but it's rare to find it all anywhere else. Especially things of any quality. So it's fine & if you've not yet come here they have plenty of simple quality things to try. Inventory has been less great lately but it is what it is. Have been meaning to go in again for a bit.
