I ordered delivery and when the driver brought the pizza, she clearly did not have my drink. She didn't apologize, just said "oh I forgot it." Then she said "do you want me to bring it?" When I answered yes, she said, "it was just a 20 oz." When I asked if they'd refund it, she said they would, but she didn't seem too concerned. Almost an hour later I have received the refund and I guessing I won't. I ordered online and there is no way to communicate to let them know. Yes, I realize I can call and I will later if the refund does not appear.

Pizza and service was great. When the employee and service is this good along with the hot pizza makes me want me to come back often?

My pizza looked like it fell on the floor and was picked up and delivered anyway , we also got wrong sauce for the wings we ordered, not a good experience we will get papa John's next time
