      image Do not book this hotel. I am in the process of working with their corporate office right now to recover our money. They will claim that they can't find your reservation and hope you give up so they can take your money. Look at the previous reviews--it's a game they play. Stay in a different hotel or an Airbnb. What a hassle.

      Good evening, as we explained to you, you paid a third party website, not us directly, therefore we do not have access to those funds to be able to refund you. We were able to refund one of your two reservations because we received the information for that only, that proves that if we had access to those funds, we are happy to refund in full. We assure you we also contacted Sonesta and asked that you receive your refund in full as soon as possible. We assure that if the third party website you used or your bank calls we will also approve the refund, or the dispute if its from your bank. We're truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience, we value your feedback and hope to make things right to you.

      image Made reservations online, showed up to check in, and my reservation wasn't showing up. Even though the money was charged on my card. Woman behind the desk refused to work with my card company to try to figure things out for me. She literally tossed my phone back to me while speaking to my card company. I spent well over an hour on the phone trying to get it all fixed. Only to cancel the reservation and wait 7 days for a refund. 0 out if 10 would not recommend!
      Edit: You claim to have viewed the video footage, what day was the incident exactly?

      Good evening, Shawn. Unfortunately, we have been having this inconvenience a lot over the past few months. You booked through a third-party website that we are not associated with, therefore, we do not have access to your information, such as name, phone number, address, payment method etc. Also, regarding your refund, we as a hotel never received your payment. You paid through the third-party website and how long you waited for your refund is between that website and your bank, that really is outside of our control. Upon checking our security footage, we did not find evidence of the clerk tossing your phone. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay.
